The Peltier Winery and Tasting Room in Acampo represents Operative Office's architectural work in California's wine country, creating a space that balances functional winemaking requirements with the hospitality and event programming needs of a modern tasting room. This new construction project required careful site planning to integrate production facilities with public-facing spaces while creating an environment that reflects the character and quality of Peltier wines. Our architecture and planning services encompassed everything from building design to site circulation and landscape integration, ensuring that the facility serves both operational needs and creates memorable visitor experiences.
