Our expertise in navigating complex financial structures enables us to secure critical funding to deliver high-quality, affordable spaces that meet both immediate and long-term community needs.

As Principal and Director of Development, Emily leads the firm's business development, strategic partnerships, and policy initiatives. With a strong background in economic and community development, she excels in assembling designers, developers, and policymakers to facilitate innovative projects that advance affordable housing goals, economic growth, and community revitalization. Emily’s leadership ensures that each project is not only financially viable but also deeply responsive to the needs of the communities we serve.
As Principal and Director of Design, Michael leads the firm’s architecture and research initiatives, focusing on creating thoughtful, functional, and innovative design solutions. He specializes in conceiving new product types, with particular attention to how people engage with and experience spaces. Michael is a licensed architect in California and Utah, and his work consistently explores the intersection of design, functionality, and community engagement, ensuring that each project contributes to the cultural and social fabric of its environment.
